I'm Alastair Dandy - just some guy with a camera, or two, in Seaton Carew.
I take pictures of things which make me think: I'd quite like a picture of that.
I have a fairly large collection of 35mm cameras and I like to select a different one, each time I load a film.
I've just got back into developing films, using the Caffenol-C process.
At the moment, this blog is about 60-40 analogue and digital.

Jump - Diptych taken yesterday with a half-frame Olympus Pen EE-2 using expired film.
Quite pleased with the results from this ancient, little camera which I was given a few weeks ago. The click of the shutter is so tiny and quiet that I wasn’t convinced it was actually working. I’ve just replaced the light seals and will take it for another spin soon.
